Privacy notice.
Short, because there is not much to describe. Nothing is set and no analytics request is made until you accept; decline and none ever is. There are no forms and no advertising.
Nothing, until you say otherwise.
This site is static HTML, CSS, fonts and three small first-party scripts. On a first visit, before you have answered the notice at the bottom of the screen, it has:
- No cookies. None are set, first-party or third-party.
- No analytics requests. The Google Analytics script is not downloaded, let alone run. Google Consent Mode is initialised with every storage category denied before any Google tag is able to load.
- No trackers, pixels, advertising tags or fingerprinting.
- No forms. Contact links open your own email client with an address filled in; nothing is submitted to this site and no message is sent until you send it. Contact.
Your browser's ordinary request to fetch a page reaches the hosting provider, which keeps standard web server logs. If you decline, that remains the extent of it.
Google Analytics, on this site's own property.
If you accept, this site loads Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate which engineering content is useful — which pages are read, how far down them people get, and which outbound links are followed. Accepting is what creates the analytics cookies; declining means they are never written.
- Its own property. V2X reports into a standalone Google Analytics property used by this site and nothing else. No Measurement ID is shared with another Ambimat site.
- No cross-domain session stitching. Cross-domain measurement is deliberately not configured with ambimat.com, orders.ambimat.com, ambisecure.ambimat.com, esim.ambimat.com or roboracer.ambimat.com. Following a link to one of those sites ends your session here; it is not joined to a session there.
- No advertising. This site runs no advertising, remarketing or personalisation. Google Signals and ad personalisation signals are switched off, the advertising consent categories stay denied whatever you choose, and the site's content security policy does not permit an advertising domain to be contacted at all.
- No personal data. IP anonymisation is on and no identifier you supply is ever sent. We do not know who you are.
- Do-Not-Track is honoured even if you previously accepted, and your choice is stored locally on your own device rather than in an account.
- Retention. Event and user data are kept for 14 months, then deleted by Google.
Google processes this data as our processor; what Google does with it is described in Google's own notice on how it uses data from sites that use its services.
Changed your mind? Clearing this site's storage in your browser makes the notice appear again, and declining stops analytics loading from that point on.

Each is a separate property with its own measurement and its own notice; once you follow a link, that site's notice applies.
