One organisation carries a product across the design-to-manufacture boundary: architecture, hardware and embedded design, design for manufacture, personalisation, assembly, functional test and box-packaged output. PCB fabrication runs through a qualified global partner ecosystem rather than an in-house fab — the parent company states this arrangement itself in its published company overview. What is single is the accountability, not the building.
Existing government and research clients include ISRO, BARC and the Indian Army. That is not an assertion made only here: all three appear on the parent company's published client list, alongside the Physical Research Laboratory, the Space Applications Centre and Bharat Electronics.

What Ambimat holds, and what it does not.
Procurement asks this early, and an absence that is merely unmentioned is indistinguishable from one that is being avoided. So it is stated rather than left to inference.
Ambimat holds no ISO or equivalent management-system certification. Not ISO 9001, not ISO 27001, not ISO 13485, not IATF 16949, not AS9100. If a supplier-qualification process requires one, that is a real constraint and it is better known now than at the end of a procurement cycle.
What does exist is product-level conformity work on delivered products. The company's published record includes obtaining FCC certification on a wireless device in 2014, and its hardware-design practice describes designs taken through FCC Part 15, CE and PTCRB submissions. Those are outcomes for the products concerned. They are not a company certification, they do not transfer to a different product, and nothing on this site treats them as though they do.
On the V2X platforms specifically, the position is unchanged and stated on their own pages. AmbiOBU and AmbiRSU are development kits: not certified, not homologated, not in production deployment. ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE conformity for an integrated unit are targets, not claims. AmbiSEC is based on NXP Secure Elements; any Common Criteria level named is the component supplier's, for the silicon, and never a certificate for AmbiSEC or for either kit.
